Lee Mills is the President of the Arlington Education Foundation. Lee assumed the role in 2014. Lee is a pilot for FedEx Express and has lived in Arlington since 2006.

Lee and his wife Amber, have two sons; Grayson 15, and Tanner 12. Both attend Arlington Community Schools.
